It's different in many ways. Not all of our clients are investors. Yes, there is a simple agreement for the 4-day offers. All we ask is that our agreement covers the specific clients we bring to your home. This is a very short-term agreement and can be canceled in the event you do not want to sell your home. We only focus on win-win or no-deal scenarios.
